- Plans and permits for new construction if so desired
We work with many types of quality materials including LOW MAINTENANCE composites which are very popular today. We do have our favorites, however we are not tied to any one manufacturer. We Inform You Decide!
We also use wood products. Typically the frame of the deck is treated lumber known as Southern Yellow Pine (ACQ) treated to prevent rot and decay. The deck floor rails can be any wood species (cedar, mahogony, ipe, or ACQ). Again, We Inform You Decide!
